Finally today the weather was good for recording some data. The strong winds of the last week slowed down and the sea was calm enough to be able to follow the animals.
A very large group of common dolphins was observed busy feeding during the whole morning. Ponta Garça is a good spot to observe also other wildlife species and today few common buzzard were flying just in front of the binoculars in search of prey.
If here the weather is good, it is not the same in Lagos where currently Marc and Alexandre are located with the research boat. They are waiting for better winds to be able to start their navigation all the way to the Azores.
